With an urge to focus on emerging technologies and their impact on a human”s life, psychological wellbeing, development and education, ICPATME 2023 announces its special topic : “Artificial Intelligence : Education, Ethics, Society”.
We would like to welcome researchers and practitioners who are working in the filed of artificial intelligence and machine learning to share their visions, ideas and experiences in the domain announced. We are expecting participation of experts and those who are interested in this topic from different fields of knowledge – Computer Engineering, Education, Psychology, Medicine, Public Health, Management, Economics, Philosophy, Social Sciences, Political Sciences and all other related disciplines.

We are happy to announce that ICPATME 2023 is going to be held in Istanbul, Turkey. It is going to be the third visit of ICPATME to Istanbul to hold its meetings and workshops.
The choice of Istanbul as a destination of an international conference is fully justified due to the central location of the city, its huge power in the world of business and technology. Coming to Istanbul opens new perspectives in education, science and international collaboration. Istanbul is a city which is always offering something new for everyone. From its stunning historical sites and monuments to its vibrant nightlife and culture, Istanbul has become a centre of the world where Europe and Middle East meet.
It is known that modern India has a strong focus on science and technology, realising that it is a key element for economic growth. Nowadays India is among the topmost countries in the world in the field of scientific research, positioned as one of the top five nations in the field for space exploration. With this perspective in mind, ICPATME 2022 is happy to greet MIT World Peace University (Pune, India), which is going to participate in the conference under the supervision of Prof. Anuradha Parasar, Dean of MIT WPU Faculty of Liberal Arts, Performing Arts, Fine Arts, Media & Journalism and Law.

He is currently working on the MIRRA+: Memory – Identity – Rights in Records – Access (phase two) project. Prior to this he completed a three year full-time Post-doc Fellowship from the British Academy, entitled ‘Digital Lives’, investigating the role of ‘digital technology’ (mobile phones, laptops, apps, social media etc.) in the lives of of people with learning disabilities. This culminated a long period of researching the use and value of Information Technology (in particular, the Internet) by people with learning disabilities. He completed his PhD in this area in 2013. In addition to his learning disabilities work, Pete has investigated the use of the Internet and other ICT applications in the fields of education, health, scholarly communication/research, and the news media.

Prof. Dr. Iryna Sekret, PhD in Educational Psychology and Foreign Language Education, Professor in Education Studies, is Chair of the Board in STARTINFORUM International Project Management and Business Consultancy Company (Turkey), Committee Chair of IATELS, Director of English IATELS International English Academy. During her professional life she has been teaching and conducting research within foreign languages, translation and language studies, educational and organisational psychology, ICT in education and online learning in different universities of Ukraine and Turkey. She has a wide organisational and administrative experience, gained while heading the university departments and other administrative units, coordinating international educational and research projects. Prof. Dr. Iryna Sekret is a member of the organising committees for a number of international conferences, a member of the reviewing and editorial boards of international academic journals. With more than ten years of experience in e-learning, she has been conducting research in MOOCs for different purposes, ICT in education and, namely, in training teachers and translators, participating in a number of the international projects on Online Pedagogy and Teaching English. Her research and educational interests are in FLT methodology, educational and organisational psychology, e-learning.

Dr Parasar has extensive research contribution through books, Self - Learning Materials, Policy Handbooks, Research papers, Edited book and Case Studies.
Since 2010 Prof. Parasar has run successfully various campaign and movements for creating awareness about social problems & issues.
As multi-perspective person, she takes keen interest in promoting Yoga, Indian Traditional Medicine System – Ayurveda, Social Welfare Planning & Management, Community Connect, Nature Connect, Rural & Tribal Connect etc.

She actively serves as a reviewer in academic journals and international conferences. Recently, she has been working with different scholars in Japan and the US to help EFL learners enhance their speaking and writing abilities with implementing cross-cultural learning exchange projects since spring 2020.

Dr. Caner holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in ELT from Ondokuz Mayıs University, Turkey, and a Ph.D. degree in ELT from Anadolu University, Turkey. His areas of research include issues concerning foreign language teacher education, technology use in foreign language education. He has various research articles published in international refereed journals and book chapters covering topics such as blended learning, distance education, and teacher education.
